Exchange
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for size.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, unwashed, free of stains from makeup and or deodorant, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start your exchange, you can contact us at juveboutique82@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or that do not meet these specifications will not be accepted. You will also be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please keep in mind, that all items will be inspected before shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
U.S. Shipping
Orders are shipped USPS first class or priority mail. We ship Monday through Friday within 48 hours of purchase. Juve will notify you if there are any additional delays. All orders receive insurance and tracking information. Orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Accessories (belts, hats/hair, sunglasses, scarves, and bags)
- All jewelry.
- All FINAL SALE items.
- All shapewear.
- All dresses and jumpsuits are FINAL SALES as well.
- All formal dresses.
- All shoes.
- All items purchased using a PROMO CODE or PROMOTIONAL items are FINAL SALE.
